Olvir read Einar's letter and knows now who you are. But before he says a word about the crypt he wants you to see the old cemetery with your own eyes.

Answer Olvir
He is where he was: on the temple steps, north of the square in Riverhollow.
Olvir has said what he is: the order's last man on the mainland. The seal on the crypt of Riverhollow is failing — the order's beacons say so, and so does a doorkeeper set on the crypt stair from below. Olvir is waiting for your answer: will you go down into the crypt or not.

Take the Seal of the Order from the Necromancer
The old cemetery outside Riverhollow's north gate, then the stair down into the crypt. The Necromancer is in the last hall, south of the crossroads.
The seal that closed the crypt is not a door but a word, and the word has an anchor: the order's lead seal on a chain. The one they now call the Necromancer wears it — the order's last master, whom his own brothers walled into the crypt with the dead a hundred years ago. Kill him, take the seal off him and bring it to Olvir: he will cast the word again. The way into the crypt: leave Riverhollow by the north gate, and the old cemetery is right outside it. In the middle of the graves stands the crypt, with a stair going down. The Necromancer is at the far end of it, in the sanctum south of the crossroads, and he raises the dead while he fights.

Carry the seal to Olvir

The Seal of the Order is off the Necromancer's neck and the lead is still warm. All that is left is to carry it back to Olvir.

Quest complete
The seal is in Olvir's hands and he will cast the word again tonight. But the Necromancer was not pulling at that seal alone: the apprentices of his tower have been pulling at it from the outside for decades, and they are still out there.
