TERMS OF USE
Last updated: 14 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Ancient Warriors: Order of the Seal (“the game”). By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the game. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you.
Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install the game on devices you own or control and to play it for your own non-commercial entertainment.
The game, its code, story, texts and design belong to the developer. Third-party models, music, sounds, fonts and libraries remain the property of their authors and are used under the licences listed in Credits & Licences.
What you may not do
You may not sell, rent, publish or distribute the game or parts of it; modify, decompile or reverse-engineer it except where the law expressly allows it; remove or block its advertising by technical means; or use it for any unlawful purpose.
In-game items and progress
Gold, items, levels and other in-game content exist only inside the game. They have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged, sold or refunded.
Your progress is stored on your device. We are not responsible for progress lost when a device is lost, reset or replaced, or when the game or its data are deleted. Cloud saves through Google Play Games can help keep a copy.
Advertising
The game is free and is supported by ads shown on phones and tablets between play sessions. The ads are provided by Google AdMob and its partners. We do not control their content and are not responsible for the products, services or offers of advertisers; any dealings with them are between you and the advertiser.
Third-party services
Google Play Games and Google AdMob are provided by Google and are subject to Google’s terms and privacy policy. How the game handles information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Updates and changes
We may update the game, change its content and balance, add or remove features, or stop supporting it. We may also change these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to play means you accept it.
No warranty
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep it working, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from the use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the developer is established, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules that apply where you live. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force.

Questions about this document can be sent to the developer’s contact address listed on the game’s page in the app store.
