Mireya has been making the camp's phials out of what the Dawn carried, and that was months ago. What makes a draught strong is a pale lichen that grows on bone where no light reaches — and the only bones lying in the dark on Kaldar are the order's garrison, in the ossuary under the northern flank. She wants six handfuls of it, and the bone mortar the order's surgeon ground it in: the lichen alone makes a weak thing. The mortar never left the ossuary — the Bone Warden at its deep end still carries it.

Bring Mireya six handfuls of bone moss and the surgeon's mortar
Both are in the ossuary, the cave on the northern flank: the moss grows on its dead, and the Bone Warden at the deep end carries the mortar.

Carry the moss and the mortar to Mireya
Six handfuls and the mortar are in your bag. She is at her fire in the camp.
Six handfuls of the lichen and the surgeon's mortar are in your bag — that is all she asked for. Neither weighs anything nor can be thrown away, so they will keep until you are back at her fire in the camp.

Quest complete
The mortar is on Mireya's table and the lichen is drying over her fire. She paid in her strongest phials — and she can make them again, so her shelves carry them from now on.
