Find Brand in the war camp
The barbarian road to the picket, then north-west. The pen is at the south edge of the war camp, between the tents; click it.
Brand, the leader of the lost patrol, is alive: the barbarians keep him chained in their war camp. Sigurd cannot take men off the walls and asks you to get him out. It is no place for anyone below level 35.

Take the cage key from the war camp's berserkers
Barbarian Berserkers (lvl 35) strike nearly once a second. Not every one of them carries the key.
Brand is chained to a stake behind the crates. The key to the chain hangs on the belt of one of the berserkers.

Free Brand
The barbarian road to the picket, then north-west. The pen is at the south edge of the war camp, between the tents; click it.
You have the key. Go back to the pen and unlock the chain.

Go back to Sigurd
Riverhollow: the barracks, in the north-west of the city.
Brand is free and on his way to the city. Sigurd has to hear what he told you.

Quest complete
Brand is home. He says the Raider Chieftain pays the goblins on the roads for news of the city and means to march on Riverhollow by spring. Sigurd asks you to come back once you reach level 55.
