PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: 14 October 2026
Ancient Warriors: Order of the Seal (“the game”, “we”) is a single-player game. This policy explains what information the game and the services built into it handle, why, and what choices you have. By playing the game you accept this policy.
What the game keeps on your device
Your heroes, their progress, items and quests, and your settings (language, interface size, graphics, sound, camera) are stored locally in the game’s own storage on your device. They are not sent to us.
The game has no account, registration or password, and it does not ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. Hero names are chosen by you and stay on the device unless you use cloud saves.
On a computer this storage is the game’s own folder in your user profile — on Windows, %APPDATA%\AncientWarriors. Uninstalling the game does not remove it; delete the folder to remove your heroes and settings.
Backups and moving to another computer
The computer version has no cloud saves and sends your heroes nowhere. To keep a backup or to continue on another computer, copy the game’s folder while the game is closed, and put the copy in the same place on the other computer.
Download
The computer version is free: there is nothing to buy in it, and nobody asks for your payment details. It is downloaded from the game’s official website, and the files themselves are served by GitHub. Like any website, GitHub receives technical details of the download, such as your IP address and browser, and handles them under its own privacy statement. We see only how many times each file has been downloaded.
Advertising
The computer version shows no ads, includes no third-party advertising components and uses no advertising identifier.
Internet connection
The computer version makes no network connections of its own and can be played offline. New versions are published on the official website; the game neither checks for them nor updates itself.
Website
The game’s website uses Google Analytics to count visits: which pages are opened, from which country and on what kind of device. It stores cookies and sends this data to Google only if you press “Accept” in the banner on the site; until then nothing is stored. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. The game itself does not use Google Analytics.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child’s information has been collected, contact us and we will help to have it removed.
Third-party services
The computer version itself contains no third-party services. Its download is served by GitHub, Inc. and is governed by GitHub’s own terms and privacy statement: github.com/site/privacy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to it. We do not store personal information ourselves: your heroes stay on your computer. Requests about the records of a download are handled by GitHub; for anything else, contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If you keep playing after a change, the updated policy applies.

Questions about this document can be sent to the developer through the contact details on the game’s official website.
